Here’s one thing you can do with a hammer, some power tools, and 3 computer monitors. Now, this is the type of post you won’t see very often. There’s nothing for sale in the funny video below and it addresses an issue that many of us take for granted.. our computer desks. I was pretty sick of the “one size fits all” particle board desks you find at office max and the like. Frankly, I scoured the internet in search for something that could really suit my needs, but I just couldn’t find something that didn’t involve some sort of compromise. After an extensive search and a bit of soul searching, I decided to make my own.
Believe it or not, Melinda actually let me INSIDE the house with power tools. I’m just not sure if she ever will again though! This is a video documentation of how it all went down.. how a Sunday afternoon project quickly turned into a 4-day mission. The ups, the downs, and the end result all documented on camera. Now, don’t get me wrong, it was A LOT of fun and in the end, I got EXACTLY what I wanted.. but let’s just say that the road to getting there wasn’t quite paved with roses and daisies!
