Attitude is one of the single most important elements in sales.

Being in sales for more than 20 years, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's the ones who take rejection as a personal attack that fail the fastest in any sales organization.

It's the ones who have a plan, work that plan, train and make changes based on feedback that stand the test of time.
